Gatwick Construction – Awarded Bronze Status by the Armed Forces Employer Recognition Scheme
Gatwick Construction is pleased to announce that it has signed the UK Armed Forces Covenant as part of its ongoing commitment to the Armed Forces community and their families.
Since signing the Covenant, we are proud to have been granted the Ministry of Defence ‘Employer Recognition Scheme’ Bronze Award. This award recognises employers that have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and have gone above and beyond in supporting defence personnel.
Becoming a forces-friendly employer and Supporting the Armed Forces is now a part of our culture. With several exciting projects in the pipeline, we are keen to attract and retain the best talent available to enhance our team. The skills individuals will have gained by being part of the Armed Forces are valuable and are easily transferable to the work we do at Gatwick Construction.
We will continue to promote the fact that we are an armed forces friendly organisation by supporting veterans, reservists and by publishing our commitments through our website and other media channels.
